We craft each garment with the utmost care and dedication in our studio in Ballarat. We also source fabrics and materials locally whenever possible.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship your order with the Australia Post—flat rate for shipping is $15. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Do you offer free pickup?
We sure do! We are located in Winter Valley, Ballarat. When you order, you will receive an email with the address where you can pick up from. Please get in touch to organise a time.
How long do I have to wait for my order?
Ready-to-ship products will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
The delivery time within Australia is usually 5-7 working days (depending on Australia Post).
The production time for custom orders is 1 weeks, depending on capacity.
